Dimensions are 0.9" x 6" x 9.25" approx.It is small enough to put two or three beneath a 3ft kitchen cabinet. You will need at least two per 3ft cabinet, and perhaps three if you want really bright light. It works well, giving sufficient illumination, although you will not be blinded by light.I bought six of them, and the odd LED went out right from the beginning, but no more blew out.I am still using them, and like their light, their looks and illumination.Their illumination is special, because the light is spread out over the whole panel.Many LED illuminators have two or three or so very bright LEDs that are a bit blinding in one spot.These just plug in the wall, while if you want to hardwire them, you have to buy an extra box, which is about a third the size of the light itself and even a bit thicker.The color temperature is variable.Some of the units I bought had a yellowish light, while others were more like white light.I will be buying more, and I expect they will last a long time.Mine have been in for about 18 months, as I write.

Westek XC325RB 16-Inch Plug-In 40-Watt Xenon Under Cabinet Light, Bronze Review

I had to replace a couple of these that had been knocked out by a lightening strike, so to match the other cabinet lights, I purchased these again. The quality of the construction of the housing is poor. The lenses literally "hang" on by a pressure fitting - not at all secure. The idiots that packaged this product put a sticker on one of the lenses that covers the entire lens and will not come off without a lot of work (they use glue that is evidently "permanent" - an aggravation that you don't need).

You can either elect to plug these into an outlet or optionally wire them in. I wired them in, and the punch out for the wiring will not come out without an inordinant amount of work, which puts pressure on the switch on the front of the light to the point of damanging it unless you're careful.

Once you get around the sorry quality construction, the lights function fine - there are two settings - one for dimmer lights, and a second for brighter. You can string the lights together by a modular plug and wire that is included - that's a nice feature.

Anyway, make sure you have a lot of patience when you install these, else you'll find yourself slamming them onto anything solid as they can be frustrating.

Prepac Elite Collection 32" Topper & Wall Cabinet with 2 doors Review

I finally finished installing these this weekend. They are absolutely gorgeous! I highly recommend this product and similar.

The instructions were very clear and easy except for a few things:

1) don't take apart the hinges before installing, like I did. Its actually so much better if you attach them to the doors first and then attach the doors to the installed cabinets as you will need some good leverage to tighten the screws.

2)There are two skinny boards for the back - they only go in one direction to prevent a gap, and you will only know this because of where the predrilled hole is. There was no laminate on the edges of these skinny boards. I'm not too picky about that, but just so you know.

other advice for you: I had a 62" space to fill. I bought two 30" wide cabinets to hang next to each other. My laundry room is very small, and I had to remove all hooks and things on the walls so that i could squeeze these deep cabinets into that space. A space of a little less than a quarter inch was created between the cabinets because the screw heads stuck out slightly and hit against each other. After installation, I was left with a half inch space on each side next to the wall. Therefore, when you measure your space, give yourself at least an extra two inches so that you can maneuver, hold them on the sides, and allow for those screw heads (dont over tighten them).

My boyfriend and I agree, my laundry room looks a THOUSAND times better. Im not a fan of pressed wood, but the hardware is pretty solid and the laminate is extremely thick. The door handles make all the difference - so classy! Another great thing about these - the special hinges make it so this cabinet can be right up against a wall or another cabinet with doors. when the doors open, they actually move inward just slightly so that the face of the open door is just even with the side of the cabinet.I took the time to level them and keep them even by clamping, and I also screwed them into the studs with 3" screws. Follow all the instructions and you can't go wrong.Its an outstanding result, well worth the the time and effort. The 30" cabinet is pretty heavy, my boyfriend is strong so he could lift it above his head and we set it on top of an existing shelf there, otherwise, its likely a two person job to hang these. You might consider putting up a level shelf temporarily to set them on, if you are doing this yourself.

I would recommend being careful when ordering this item. It is expected that the thickness of your cabinet shelf is about one inch, mine were actually thinner than that causing the shelf to
move and rotate easily so that I had to put some extra padding to make it work. Also, the hooks are a bit small causing bigger cups to slide of the shelf pretty easily.

Prepac Black Large Locking Media (DVD,CD,Games) Storage Cabinet Review

We have a 1 year old and we needed a DVD shelf that closed.I found this one online and the reviews were mixed so we went ahead and ordered it.We should have listened to the bad reviews.For the price it is not worth it.

Pros:
1. It was fairly easy to put together
2. Once it is all finished it does look nice

Cons:
1. There was not a step that we did that there was not a piece scuffed or scratched.Apparently they knew this was an issue because they sent a black marker to fix them.
2. The top was chipped when we got it and one of the adjustable shelves was broken and unusable (they are supposed to be sending us replacements)
3. It is very wobbly!Even with the back on (which is supposed to make it sturdy) it wobbles from side to side.
4. When we hammered in the nails on the back it cracked the top shelf.
5. Once you put DVDs on the top shelf it is hard to open the left side
6. The pre-drilled holes made a huge mess.There was wood all in them.I had to vacuum them out, but they still made a horrible mess.
7. The thing to attach it to the wall was not good.If we would have used the one they sent we wouldn't have been able to put it flush with the wall
8. Fingerprints show up horribly.However, they do wipe off with windex.

SEI Window Pane Media Cabinet Review

After reading online reviews of other similar parts, I settled on this. Unfortunately I couldn't get past step one. The smaller parts were mislabeled, leading to about an hour of sorting, and comparing to the tiny pictures in the instructions.

After sorting that issue, I then proceeded to step one. During this step, I found the holes on the board to be drilled out of alignment with the hinges that needed to be attached. This meant making my own holes. Since I didn't have a drill, I decided to call their customer support.

The first person I spoke with didn't try to help me. After explaining that the holes were out of alignment, he tried to talk me through assembly. This royally pissed me off. After speaking with a 2nd person, she said she'd send me 1 replacement part, but it would take 2 weeks to ship it. So, I decided to box it back up and send it back to Amazon as defective.

Do NOT buy this product unless you like to gamble.

Mounted Lid Caddy or Plastic Bag Recycler Review

We bought this for diaper changes as we didn't want to keep a diaper pail in our nursery and instead place the dirty diaper and wipes in this (lined with a plastic grocery bag) and then once the diaper change is done we toss the bag into a garbage pail outside of the nursery. We mounted it on the side of the changing table. It's the best secret to not spending a ton of money on fancy diaper pails. Zenith Products M48 Beveled Tri-View Medicine Cabinet Review

This is a good product for the money.The only thing I would improve on would be the ability for the door hinges to stop at any point when opening them - they tend to pull themselves closed until you open them halfway, then they tend to swing to fully open.My wife likes to have it somewhere in between to be able to use the mirrors to see the back of her hair.Other than that, a great product - installs easy and serves its purpose well.

The real reason I am leaving a review and giving it 5 stars is for the customer service I received from Zenith.When I originally got the product one of the mirrors had cracked during shipping.I contacted Zenith using the information on a card included with the product.Within a week, they sent out a replacement mirror.However, when I went to install it, I realized that I had told them the mirror on the end door was cracked, and it was actually the mirror on the middle door, so I ended up with three ends and no middle.I contacted them again, saying I'd be glad to pay for a new middle door or ship the end door back in exchange for a middle door.Even though it was my mistake, they were very polite on the phone, then sent me out a new middle door at no charge, and didn't even ask me to send the end door back.They went above and beyond good customer service.

The item arrived in a battered box. It appeared to have been someone else's returned merchandise. The box contained all of the necessary hardware, etc. One of the side panels has a rough exterior facing, which detracted from the finish. Fortunately, the cabinet is placed in a postion where this is hidden from view. If I have to change its location, it will be a visible flaw. (This is probably why it was returned merchandise). I had seen this at Bed Bath and Beyond, and Amazon had it for 20.00 less so i went with Amazon.it looks GREAT, all the parts where there and requires few screws.easy enough for one person to put together with a little patience.
Pros:looks great, no visable screws or bolts, good size, drawer is plenty big for just about anything, wine cubbies are sturdy, easy assembly.
Cons: despite looking very sturdy and well built, it seems a little wobbly and is a bit top heavy.the top piece is about 75% of the weight.
the screws that go under the middle shelf are damn near impossible to screw in all the way.

All in all i'm very pleased, and look foward to filling it up.

I don't know if this is a seller issue or if this is a manufacturers problem (I assume they are two different entities) but there were screws missing, and the majority of this nice looking medicine cabinet, I put together with glue (looked like Elmers glue) which I can only imagine will not stay together for the long run. Bush Furniture Stanford Audio Cabinet, Antique Black/Hansen Cherry Review

The product arrived, and took me about an hour to finally assemble.

Problems:

1. The stand itself is a bit shaky, and can only take 50lbs of weight per shelf.My Onkyo 805 receiver is 61 lbs.. I placed it on the lowest level, and crossing my finger that it works

2. With the receiver inside, the door won't close..(problem to many, but not to me because...)

3. The door was completely broken when it arrived.The frame separated from the glass. i had to buy glue and glue the two together myself.After 2 more hours of doing that, and fiddling with it, i gave up and threw the door away.Now i have an open cabinet, with the receiver sticking out.

4. Complicated to assemble.probably the most annoying assembly i've ever done with respect to furniture.

Positives:
1. doesn't look too bad.without the door it's still useable.

Sorry Bush.. the quality control is not acceptable.

Natural Wood Kitchen Cart Review

I purchased this cart for my wife.It arrived in kit form and I found the instructions fairly easy to follow.The drawings could have been a bit more detailed as to the placement of the holes in the various pieces.But I only had the first two or three pieces reversed before I figured things out.Assembly required only an hour or so.

Clear Solutions Under Cabinet Wood and Acrylic Under Cabinet Cookbook Holder 1-pc. Review

My wife said she wanted one of these for her birthday.I found some boring looking plain vanilla clear acrylic models (from other companies and websites) but I thought this one generally looked more interesting, and also matched our wooden cabinets better.

It works great, and looks great.The installation was easy, and it comes with some spacers that help make sure it will screw in even to thin shelves (our bottom shelf is quite thin - the screws would have protruded up into the cabinet without the spacers).The only hard part of the installation is working upside down to do the pilot hole drilling, and then holding the unit flush while you put in the screws.If you have 2 people this would be a piece of cake, but I did it myself and it took about 10 minutes of holding screws in place while putting in the other screws - they kept wanting to drop out.I managed to get it installed before her birthday passed and that is a first for me.

Anyway, my wife loves it, and thats all that matters.If you'll be installing it yourself amagnetic screwdriver might be a lifesaver. Highly recommended.

Sharp looking design.My only beef with it is the lack of great mounting hardware.It only comes with 4 longer wood screws to attach it under a cabinet, which would stick up through the inside of th cabinet if used.I had to go dig out some thin nuts and bolts to mount it.Other under cabinet items such as an electric can opener I installed came with nuts and bolts with special tapered plastic caps to go inside the cabinet to protect fine china, etc. from being chipped by metal protruding bolt heads when being stored on the bottom of the cabinet over the screw heads.

J.K. Adams WSR-1025 Stemware Rack Review

Especially with the free shipping deal, this is competitive with any other prices I found for pre-assembled stemware racks.If you have a router and/or a compound miter saw you could probably build one a little cheaper, but for about twenty bucks, your time would have to be fairly cheap.

The rack is sized to accomodate our big 25-ounce Burgundy glasses just as easily as it holds our little port glasses and champagne flutes, thanks to the beveled rails that hold the bases of the glasses.It is a nice design feature which seems cosmetic but turns out to be functional.

The rack was absolutely trivial to install in our existing kitchen cabinet shelf; the included self-drive screws do not require pre-drilling.I found it less fatiguing to drive the screws in an 'X' sequence, so that after the second screw, I no longer had to support the structure while driving them.The entire installation took about 3 minutes, including removal of the glasses from the existing shelf, and replacing them into the rack. Not bad!

I much prefer this style of rack over the chrome wire-rail styles.

The photo in the ad was misleading: the unit has no backat all---so plan on adding at least another $20-$30, and several additional hours of work, to make it even rudimentarily dust-proof. After this company's shipping charges, (but, admittedly, with no sales tax), my local Home Depot had a better unit, cheaper---even after paying Calif. sales tax.

In the Amazon ad, this unit looked like it was made of wood, or at least, like it had a melamine finish, but it's really just made of shoddy painted pressed wood.

Copco Non-Skid Cabinet Turntable Review

I ordered several of these in both the 18 inch and 9 inch sizes.The turntables turn very smoothly even when loaded down with an unbalanced weight.I have one of the 18 inch ones with large cans of soup and beans two high, and even when the weight distribution becomes lopsided, these still turn with little effort.Because of where the turn ring and bearings are on these (closer to the outside edge), these don't tend to tip over to the side like other lazy susans.

These are great for organizing your pantry or kitchen cabinets.I find that the 18 inch size has been more help for organizing than the 9 inch, but you have to have the cabinet width and depth for these.

ROLL OUT DRAWERS Review

Installed 2 in a pantry deep shelf unit.

So much wasted space previously, at least now can use almost full length and width.
Height not so much because stuff would fall out of drawer when opening/closing. But just installed plastic/aluminum/wax paper roll holder on bottom of shelf above to use that extra space.

Drawer pulls out about 3/4 of way, wish that had been mentioned in description. Still useful, and probably better on bearings for the weight aspect than if it did pull all the way out, but still would have been good to know.

Would have been nice if finer wires came up sides to fill in gaps just a bit to prevent smaller or flatter stuff from sliding out between horizontal wires.

Bearings feel good, and better than cabinets with built in drawers I have, but only time will tell if they truly last. Wife isn't that gentle on stuff, so will be a good test with sideways torquing and banging in and out against the stops she'll provide.

Spice Maid Cabinet Organizer Review

I admit that I had my doubts if this rack would do the job. Well, as the song goes... Now I'm a believer!!! It isn't big, that's for sure, but I have the "perfect" cabinet for them (narrow and deep) and without this sliding (like a drawer) spice rack i was constanly having to empty the spices out of the cabinet to get the one I wanted (why does it always seem to happen that way?). Now I'm organized (ok, at least my spices are) and if I had more space I'd simply buy MORE of these units.
