I ordered the 48" wide version of this the 255048 online with Kitchen Sources. You notice they don't have any reviews here? I think they cherry pick the reviews on their site since there are no slightly negative reviews! They shipped it to the wrong state and delivered it! They didn't discover this, I did! They do not follow up and all you get are more promises to follow up but they don't. So you keep calling back. I gave this one customer service rep three tries before I called supervisor who also made false promises. After three days I have been told it shipped but have no tracking info. I tried to call supervisors boss who is owner's son but kept getting conveniently rediverted to supervisor. Finally was able to lmtc for owner's son but he isn't around. Even sent email to owner in Ireland in the hopes to let them know things are not being handled well. I called
Broan and they had never heard of Kitchen Sources so they don't own the products they just order some distributor to ship it. I got a name of one of Broan's largest retailer who is reputable and called them Warehouse Depot. 1-800-868-8663 and they do not ship by Fedex since 90% of the time with items like this they arrive damaged, instead they freight it out in this case it would have cost 73.00 more. Right now I am very possibily looking at this item to arrive damaged and I think they are inept in shipping can you imagine how well they handle returns?Owners son after googling also has other ventures along with traveling which deals with selling Funnel searching services. What I have been able to determine is that this type of service allows online retailers to track the sites you went to prior to going to their site (has to go into your history I guess) and also follows you after you leave their site. This makes me very uncomfortable and I bet they use it on their site.

Update: They never shipped a new one they redirected the old one to us, which means they lied. They use Appliance Associates out of Buffalo to ship from. So they don't even stock the items. It shows up with the box banged up and when we open it there are several dents all over the medicine cabinet, some quite significant. They shipped it in the box from Broan which is not really designed to withstand a Fedex type shipment method. Also Kitchen Sources blamed Fedex for the mix up and the fact it was sent to wrong address in completely different state. Turns out Fedex didn't mess up somewhere between Kitchen Sources and Appliance Associates they messed up. Again they lied. I did get a full refund but not after I had to threaten to track down all the owners and their family members to let them know how poorly their staff is handling the business for them. I also tried to post review on their site and supervisor sent me an email of it and didn't post it. She just wanted me to know that she saw it. Can you say sleazy?
I have since ordered this item through local plumbing supplier who will ship it slowly but by freight and they do a lot of business with Broan. I recommend you have this item shipped by frieght and use reputable local supplier to work with. If you are willing to wait until the next freight shippment many suppliers will not charge you for a freight charge.
If I had it to all over again I would have bought a Kohler which also owns Robern which makes a high end version of this mirror around 2K. I think Robern has rubbed off on Kohler and Lowes sells some.

Zenith Prod. 9114W Country Cottage Wall Cabinet Review

I am very handy and had great Black and Decker tools.
I have no complaint with Uncle Joe's except the misrepresentation of the product by not being candid. First that it is NOT easy to assemble - 3 hours of non-stop work EACH. Second - that the back is made of CARDBOARD [!] and treated PAPER over wood. So it is NOT cleanable. Expecting to clean a bathroom piece of furniture is NORMAL. If the company [Zenith] had charged another $35-$50 and gave me a real backing and washable wood - I'd be thrilled. So these cabinets will be tossed, but I'd have a carpenter make the identical product design with appropriate materials. The first cabinet had installed bolted magnets,but the second one had these round magnets to be installed by you with thin double faced scotch tape! The cabinets are held up with plastic clips and screws attached to CARDBOARD. Got the picture?

Cape Craftsman Carved Philodendron Leaf 2-Door Cabinet Review

Looks good in the picture, but this made in China cabinet is made of compressed particle board, not wood. There is nothing behind the inserts, so dust can get inside the cabinet. Paint was cracked on all seams upon delivery. Very well packed.

Zenith Products M36 Beveled Tri-View Medicine Cabinet Review

I bought two of these, and i returned two.The medicine cabinet is _big_.The construction isn't all that sturdy, and the wood is pressboard.But it's relatively cheap, so i wasn't expecting anything more.

However, i did expect the item to arrive in one piece.The box (packaged by zenith, not amazon, though amazon shipped it) has literally half an inch of styrofoam padding.Keep in mind that it weighs in around 50lbs.I don't think there's a single carrier that you can select who would be able to guarantee delivery of this cabinet intact.

The first came with pulverized styrofoam padding, two broken mirror segments, a cracked wooden frame, and stapling that had come apart.After returning the first and ordering a replacement, the second arrived in similar disrepair.

If you want to pick this item up from a store, then be my guest.It'll probably serve you about how you'd expect.But don't even bother ordering it online.

Zenith Products M48 Beveled Tri-View Medicine Cabinet Review

This is a good product for the money.The only thing I would improve on would be the ability for the door hinges to stop at any point when opening them - they tend to pull themselves closed until you open them halfway, then they tend to swing to fully open.My wife likes to have it somewhere in between to be able to use the mirrors to see the back of her hair.Other than that, a great product - installs easy and serves its purpose well.

The real reason I am leaving a review and giving it 5 stars is for the customer service I received from Zenith.When I originally got the product one of the mirrors had cracked during shipping.I contacted Zenith using the information on a card included with the product.Within a week, they sent out a replacement mirror.However, when I went to install it, I realized that I had told them the mirror on the end door was cracked, and it was actually the mirror on the middle door, so I ended up with three ends and no middle.I contacted them again, saying I'd be glad to pay for a new middle door or ship the end door back in exchange for a middle door.Even though it was my mistake, they were very polite on the phone, then sent me out a new middle door at no charge, and didn't even ask me to send the end door back.They went above and beyond good customer service.

Spice Rack Storage/Organizer Review

I love these.I got 2 sets and attached them to the side of a shelf in my pantry which was "dead" space.It freed up shelf space and they're all right there with labels facing, easy to find a certain spice when I need it. Also, they're grooved, which allows them to be easily cut apart, so you can easily adjust how many you want in each row.

After four years, the tape strips began to dry out and they started falling down.Still, not bad for 4 years of daily use! I looked for new spice racks and then decided that I still like these the best so purchased some double-sided tape and stuck them back up again.

One reviewer wondered if they will stretch out -- They will.A larger bottle can be forced onto the clip and the clip will adjust to fit it.You just have to put the same spice bottle back onto the same clip and it's not a problem.I did notice that, in the 2 weeks it took me to get around to getting the tape to stick them back up with (while they weren't being used) that the clips that were stretched reverted back to their original size.

One reviewer said that you need to heat the glue tape.Mine didn't require that.They come with foam strips that are coated with glue on each side.You just pull the protective paper off and stick them up. (I attached them to the side of a formica covered shelf.)As I mentioned, mine stayed up for 4 years.
