Proctor Silex 75400 PowerOpener Under-The-Cabinet Can Opener , White Review

This is an identical replacement to a 10 year excellent product. The new one has a weak motor and after one month the motor "squeals" loudly when I try to use it. I would like the supplier to replace it with one they have tested to be good. (I wish I had saved my old one and just replaced the removable cutter which was worn out.)I have my Amazon receipt but never expected anything but an excellent product like the one I replaced so have already tossed out the box, etc.

Product Description:
You've seen them in restaurants and theaters--those tubes full of lights proprietors use to mark stair edges and other potential hazards that might be fallen down or tripped over in dim light. That's not to say that Good Earth Lighting's rope lighting products can only be used in public venues--you could use them as funky accent lighting in a living room, party lighting, or to outline a path in your backyard.
The key to using these lights to full effect is mounting them securely, and everything you need in order to do this is included in the hardware kit, which contains mounting clips, cable ties, and screws. The lights themselves are extremely long-lasting--they're rated at 35,000 hours, and the heavy-duty PVC rope is an unobtrusive 3/8-inch in diameter. For longer runs, you can easily connect one set to another (up to 330 feet maximum).
