I ordered this and the matching bookshelf and desk from another retailer. Took about 3 days to assemble using a couple of hours each day after work. The construction seemed OK to me for the price, and I've had it for about a month now. The finished product looks quite nice, especially from afar. Instructions were pretty easy to follow though I messed up a couple of times because I wasn't paying attention to the orientation of the boards. Nothing broke during the assembly, the only thing about the finished product was that the slide-out keyboard shelf under the desk doesn't seem very stable so I didn't use it.
