The first shipment arrived in a very timely manner, but the metal cabinet was bent (dented) and had to be returned. The second arrived in fine shape, but it is much poorer quality that expected, given its claim to be heavy duty. We are returning it for something sturdier and more solidly built. But this is the fault of the product, not the shipper, who was true to his word.
