Mobile File Cabinet - Black Review

The file cabinet would be very nice if the top drawer would not fall a little and then prevent the bottom drawer from opening or closing.I am unable to return it-it is too heavy to repack.So, I am stuck with something that I am not happy with.I do have to say that if the top drawer were not a problem I would be completely satisfied.It rolls nicely which is a big help.
