I love the flexibility this organizer provides and recommend it.The unit is made of thick plastic and feels sturdy.I would order one again.But...I give it 4.5 stars (instead of 5) because the dividers are tough to remove and snap into a new position.I had to insert/remove at an angle and then push down VERY HARD.I felt fortunate that none of the tabs that go into the holes broke off.It is great that the dividers aren't going to move around once inserted but have to think it could be designed for easier manipulation.

Lipper International Bamboo Adjustable Drawer Organizer with Top Sliding Tray Review

This drawer organizer is perfect for my needs.The top is compartmentalized. You have the option of removing the small dividers on the top to make four sections.The bottom part is divided into three sections.But once again the dividers can be removed to make either one or two sections.The top section slides fairly smoothly.However, the gap is only three inches wide.So most of the time you must lift the top tray out to reach the bottom items. But this does not seem to be an inconvenience.It is light being bamboo, but very sturdy.

This product is great in looks.Very hip and modern.The only complaint I have is the slots are a little long.They fit great in a regular size drawer and ones that are the longer drawers like in an office are even better.You can buy 2 and put them side by side.Very durable and with the net design they are super easy to clean.
