I had a lower cupboard that was of little use to me because it had only a half-shelf.This product was a great solution because it has two full levels.Just as important: I had no trouble installing it.My only critique: I wish I could pull it out a little more so that I could more easily access items at the back of the bottom shelf.Still...compared to what I had before, I give this double drawer an A+.
