When we got a brand-new kitchen, we decided we wanted to upgrade several smaller things as well, including the under-sink storage. I decided this rack would do the trick.
The good things others have said about this rack are true. It is extremely heavy duty. Like another reviewer, I had to notch the back corner with a hack saw. The lower basket's top rod ended up running most of the length of the basket without support. It was plenty strong enough to do this. The rollers are smooth. The plating is excellent and the finish flawless. This rack will probably outlast my house.
I rated it 4 starts rather than 5 because it has a two annoying characteristics. There is a lip between the floor of my cabinet and the frame. The rack slides are mounted too close to the floor to clear the lip. I had to mount the rack on some rather substantial washers. Another 1/8" of clearance would have been a nice idea.
But the thing that got me even more than this was the way the rack is mounted to the slides. Thee are 6 clips that use a nut and bolt to mount the rack to the slides. That's a good idea, because it makes it easy to change from a "left hand" to "right hand" rack. But it is not a great idea. The rack has to be mounted to the slides before the slides are screwed into the cabinet. This means one has to thread the screwdriver between slots in the rack to tighten the screws -- all while crawling around under the sink. Doing this once is bad enough, but having lived in the house for 30 years, I know that there will come a time when we need to fix the plumbing under the sink as quickly as possible. If I am out of town when this happens, my wife will surely pay some plumber an outrageous fee to do something he doesn't want to do -- that is, remove the rack so he can get to the plumbing. There's simply no reason the mounting has to be this clunky. It wouldn't be hard to fasten the rack to the rails with clips that don't require screws. Or at the minimum, tack-weld the nuts to the bottom of the rails. That way, the rack could easily be removed from the rails, and the rails more easily removed from the cabinet.
Overall, these are not major concerns. The rack is a find product that should work well and look good for your lifetime.
